Cost-reduction tips for your company
During the COVID-19 pandemic, revenue has been dropping, costs to do business have been increasing, and customers are slow to pay.
So how do you keep your profits in the black?
These unique times require CEOs to look at ALL costs — every nickel and penny matters. Administrative costs are one of the areas least reviewed and those un-watched categories will take a bite out of your profits.
In this webinar, learn how to save money from expense reduction expert Don Steiner. Don is a Vistage member and CEO of Profit Recovery Partners, a professional services firm that develops, implements and manages cost-reduction solutions. Don’s organization has saved clients over $5.8 billion for Fortune 1000 companies. He hires industry experts that know the “tricks of the trade” and the true cost of goods and services. They know the vendor’s cost structure and how reps are compensated because they came from those industries. Learn from an expert on how to save your business money.
Don will present three case studies that show how he helped his fellow Vistage members save $100,000+ annually, and how you can apply these lessons to your business today.
