
Greg Wells

Dr. Greg Wells holds a Ph.D. in Human Physiology and formerly served as a tenured professor at the University of Toronto. Currently, he is a Senior Scientist at SickKids Hospital, where his work focuses on human performance and health optimization. A prolific communicator, Dr. Wells is the author of five best-selling books and was the host of the award-winning television series Superbodies, which aired globally during the 2010 and 2012 Olympic Games. His ultimate mission is to tackle the “billion-person problem” — addressing widespread challenges such as sleeplessness, inactivity, metabolic disorders and mental health. To advance this goal, he founded Wells Performance, a consulting firm that helps teams, schools and organizations create environments where individuals can thrive. Through his research, media presence and consulting work, Dr. Wells continues to inspire high performance and well-being on a global scale, blending cutting-edge science with real-world strategies for healthier living.
