Greg is responsible for setting and executing The Predictive Index’s scientific agenda and leading the company’s R&D department in the development, maintenance, and delivery of The Predictive Index’s science-based behavioral and skills assessments. Prior to joining The Predictive Index, Greg was a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM’s Workforce Sciences and Analytics division where he worked with large global clients to build world class talent practices and lead product develop initiatives in the employee engagement and leadership assessment space. Before IBM, Greg held various leadership roles including Director of Product Development & Consulting at Hogan Assessment Systems and Director of Operations and Product Strategy for Kenexa’s assessment practice. Throughout his career, Greg has delivered thought leadership presentations both domestically and abroad for many client organizations, the Conference Board, ASTD, SHRM, and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Greg holds a PhD and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, and a BA (Honors) in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
