Philadelphia business community welcomes Bill Anderson’s new Vistage group

San Diego, December 10, 2014— Vistage Chair Bill Anderson has recently launched a new Chief Executive group in the Philadelphia, PA market. The new Vistage group, joining a community of more than 80 local members, will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Bill is part of a community of six local Chairs, and more than 400 worldwide, who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Bill Anderson is an experienced C-level executive and a seasoned manager, marketer, merchandiser, and start-up entrepreneur with global experience. He also has extensive corporate governance experience, having served as a Director on 12 corporate boards of both public and private companies. Prior to forming WNA Capital, a private investment fund, Bill was Chief Marketing and Chief Merchandising Officer of Carrefour – a $125 billion global retailer operating 9,000 stores in 30 countries and based in Paris. There he had global responsibility for all merchandising, advertising, and marketing.

Anderson holds a BS from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also served as an officer in the US Navy for 4 years prior to business school.
