Costs Shared By Employee & Vistage International

Medical Plans – All employees are eligible for a PPO plan with prescription benefits. (California employees can opt for a managed care plan such as an HMO.)

Dental Plan – All employees are eligible for a PPO dental plan. (California employees can opt for an HMO.)

Vision Plan – This program covers routine eye care including eye exams, eyeglass lenses and frames, and/or contacts.

Voluntary Employee-Paid Benefits

Supplemental Life & Accident Insurance – Employees can opt to purchase this additional form of insurance for themselves and their dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts – These accounts provide employees with a tax-free way to pay for their (and legally dependent family members’) qualified out-of-pocket expenses associated with health care and/or dependent care.

401K – Vistage provides a generous company match of fifty cents on the dollar up to the first 6 percent of compensation. Employees are fully vested after 3 or more years of service.

Basic Life & Accident Insurance – All eligible employees receive, at no cost, insurance in the amount of 1X Salary for both life and accidental death and dismemberment.

Short-Term Disability – All eligible employees receive, at no cost, insurance that provides income replacement to employees during a period of partial or total disability caused by a non-work related illness.

Long-Term Disability – All eligible employees receive, at no cost, insurance that provides income replacement to employees during an extended illness or injury.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – This confidential resource is offered to employees and their household members at no cost to provide appropriate assistance and guidance for a wide range of life’s issues and challenges.

Travel Assistance Plan – A variety of travel services such as planning, medical and legal assistance are provided, at no cost, through a multilingual coordination center for employees and their dependents traveling 100 miles or more away from home for business or pleasure.

Time Off Benefits

Paid Time Off (PTO) – Paid Time Off is available to eligible employees for vacation, illness or injury, care for a spouse, child, parent, domestic partner, or child of a domestic partner, personal appointments, unexpected emergencies and other needs.

Holidays – In addition to PTO, Vistage recognizes ten paid holidays each year.
