The new executive group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve professional and personal goals. As a former CEO and corporate executive, Will brings over thirty years’ experience in business startup, product development and international team leadership to this role of Vistage Chair. He began his career as an engineering duty officer in the Coast Guard and Navy, where he led shipbuilding projects and trained future officers. After leaving active duty military service, he directed technology and product development teams at three MIT spin-offs. He then served as the president, CEO, and co-founder of several profitable advanced product companies.
