San Diego, April 8, 2014 – Vistage International has named Kathleen Delaney as Chief Marketing Officer and Steve Dobbins as SVP, Member Engagement. Kathleen will be responsible for all branding, direct marketing, communications, social media and sponsorship initiatives. Steve’s primary focus will be enhancing the Vistage member experience at every point in their membership tenure.

Prior to joining Vistage, Kathleen served as Senior Vice President at Aon Risk Services where she and her team were charged with transforming new prospect and client relationships and driving new revenue. She brings a wealth of experience to the team having managed marketing and product teams for some of the top brands in the world, holding leadership positions at Dow Jones, AT&T and Johnson & Johnson. She was a pioneer in the introduction of blogging, social media, paid search and various web marketing initiatives to drive leads, differentiate against the competition and manage reputation. Driving revenue by developing teams, leveraging great brands and evangelizing a company’s value to clients and prospects is just part of what Kathleen brings to Vistage.
Kathleen graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Econometrics. She has lived in both France and Belgium, completing a business program at Instut D’Administration Et De Gestion at Katholique University.
Steve Dobbins has more than 20 years’ experience working with some of the world’s most successful chief executives. He served as Chief Marketing Officer for Young Presidents’ Organization from 2007 through 2014. As CMO, Steve led the organization’s expansive internal and external communications efforts, including member communications, internal and external website content and strategy, external marketing, PR and media relations, brand development, social media, market research, event marketing and more.
Steve spearheaded the organization’s first external engagement campaign, including the launch of YPO Global Pulse, a unique CEO confidence survey that has received global media attention in outlets such as CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and others, and CNBC’s live worldwide coverage of each YPO Global Leadership Conference since 2011. His team also launched a new public website in February 2011, which contributed to an explosion in new member applications, and debuted a print magazine, Ignite, in November 2012.
