San Diego, April 28, 2014 – Vistage Speaker Christophe Morin has been chosen to receive the Vistage Malaysia Speaker of the Year award for 2013. To earn this award, the speaker must have made at least ten Vistage presentations in 12 months and maintained an average score of at least eight out of ten. The award will be presented to Morin at the Vistage Malaysia CEO Summit in Kuala Lumpur in November, 2014.
Since 2003, Morin has presented more than 600 Vistage talks to nearly 8,000 CEOs in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and Malaysia. With more than 30 years of experience in consumer research and strategy, Christophe Morin’s passion is to understand and predict consumer behavior using cutting-edge science. He has run and started many businesses and held senior positions in several publicly traded companies. He holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University, an MA in Media Psychology from Fielding Graduate University and a PhD with Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. He joined the Adjunct Faculty of the Media Psychology Department of Fielding in 2013 as a professor of neuromarketing.
Morin has received numerous awards during his career as a speaker and consumer researcher (ARF 2011 and 2014). In addition to the Vistage Malaysia Speaker of the Year award, Morin also received the Vistage Above and Beyond Speaker award in February of 2009 for providing exemplary service to the entire Vistage community. He has given over 1,200 talks and lectures to a variety of audiences on the subject of neuromarketing since 2003.
