The new Vistage members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Will Moore has held ownership, CEO, senior management and advisor positions in a range of industries from manufacturing to distribution, agri-business to construction, commercial services to education with relevant experiences in the US Navy. He has helped start-ups through $400 million companies. Will Moore’s experience spans 20 years of starting, building, restructuring and leading organizations. Throughout his career, Will has used his leadership and management skills to develop and implement strategies, practices and cultures to re-focus, build and produce peak individual and organizational performance. Moore has a BS in Political Science from the University Of Oregon in Eugene and an officer’s commission in the U. S. Navy (reserve).
