Phil Holberton is an accomplished executive with over 40 years of executive responsibility including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In his long and distinguished career as an executive, educator and trusted confidante to businesses and its executives, Phil has experienced first-hand executives’ growth from his work over the past 15 years. Phil knows that an executive who grows will result in a growing and successful business. Earlier in his career, he completed Wall Street’s only exchangeable debt offering totaling $389 million on behalf of Sun Oil and Becton Dickinson.
