The new Vistage members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. McGrorty is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

For over 30 years Kathleen has worked and consulted in a variety of business environments, including financial services, manufacturing, technology, retail, and global supply chain.
