San Diego, June 26, 2020 – Vistage Chair John Baines recently launched a new chief executive group in the Cincinnati market. Founded in 1957, Vistage brings together exclusive groups of high-performing CEOs through a proven leadership experience that delivers results both personally and professionally. When leaders come together in their confidential monthly Vistage private advisory board meetings, they gain the perspective, clarity and support to help them become better leaders and accelerate their company’s growth. More than 45,000 Vistage members worldwide also have access to expert speakers, personalized coaching sessions, and international networking.
Baines said, “Although I am a former Vistage member and know well what the experience is like, being a Chair is something even more special because for the first time in my professional life I’m able to leverage my passions, my skills and my values to their fullest. This is just the beginning of what I know will be a long, rewarding journey.”
Baines is the founder and managing partner of Insight Partners LLC, a management consulting firm based in Northern Kentucky serving regional manufacturers in the areas of strategic planning, sales development strategies, and workforce and automation consulting. Prior to launching Insight Partners LLC in 2018, he was the President of HAHN Automation for 14 years where he oversaw double digit annual growth, established a sales and service subsidiary in Mexico and established the company as a premier solutions partner in the US automotive and medical device markets. He also worked in the Detroit, MI area for Freudenberg-NOK (Vibracoustic) and Flexible Products, both automotive suppliers for molded rubber components.
