San Diego, June 12, 2015— Vistage Chair Joan Wright has recently launched a new chief executive group in the Charlotte, NC market. The new Vistage members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Joan O. Wright is the founder and president of O’Sullivan Wright, a 15 year old global firm specializing in executive coaching, succession planning and talent management strategies. She is a nationally recognized Master Certified Coach, author and frequently sought as a speaker on leadership and change. Her broad understanding of individual leadership and organizational development comes from 21 years in Human Resources Management roles with Wachovia (Wells Fargo), Philip Morris, Citicorp, and GE Capital. Wright holds a BA in Sociology (Honors) from Rollins College and a MSW from Boston College.
