San Diego, June 12, 2019 – Vistage Chair Janet Walker recently launched a new chief executive board in the Omaha region market. The new Vistage members, joining a community of CEOs, executives, and business owners will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Janet is part of a community of more than 1,000 Chairs worldwide who lead local area boards, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Janet Walker has worked with and for a multitude of industries, providing development, coaching and consulting services; directing functional areas within an organization; providing interim executive leadership; and leading startup companies. She has lead the creation of a division within multiple organizations, spearheading the creation of services and leading change management initiatives. Janet has a doctorate degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln specializing in Training and Organization Development. She has designed an organizational climate assessment and is an adjunct faculty having taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Needs Assessment; Business Research Methods, Change Management, Leading High Performing Organizations. She has been involved with Vistage since 2008 and became a chair in 2017. Her chair practice is focused on creating the best leaders their employees deserve; supporting leaders who want to create cultures for their employees where they can excel and use their talents.
