San Diego, March 28, 2019 – Vistage Chair Gerry Stephens recently launched a new chief executive board in the Washington DC market. The new Vistage members, joining a community of CEOs, executives, and business owners will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Gerry is part of a community of more than 1,000 Chairs worldwide who lead local area boards, which total more than 27,000 members in 26 countries.
Gerry said, “What a wild ride this has been! I couldn’t be more pleased with the diversity and business acumen that my founding members bring to this group.”
I have advised CEOs and business owners for over 25 years, applying a broad systems perspective and process orientation to address critical business issues and build stakeholder value. As a result, I was invited to join the senior management team of several businesses and have held a variety of executive positions. Although I enjoyed many aspects of both consulting and business management, I especially enjoy working with other CEOs within the Vistage framework to create shareholder value on a much broader scale than I could individually.
