Steve McFarland Launches New Vistage Group in the Indianapolis Market

San Diego, July 18, 2012 – Vistage Chair Steve McFarland has recently launched his second Vistage Group in Indianapolis. The Chief Executive Vistage Group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. McFarland joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 16,000 members in 15 countries.

As president of CP Morgan, McFarland transformed the strategy and infrastructure to complete 3,000 homes per year. Prior to that, he was President of Alsons division of Masco, where he repositioned the company’s brands and products to maintain category leadership at Home Depot and Wal-Mart, and won more than $5 million in new business with Lowes. McFarland received his MBA from University of Illinois, Springfield, and his BS in Accounting from Millikin University.
