San Diego, October 9, 2012 Vistage Chair Randy Miller has recently launched a new Chief Executive Group in the Austin area. The Vistage Group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Miller joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 16,000 members in 15 countries.

Randy Miller has had a wide range of management and leadership experience. He was founder and COO of a highly successful recruiting and staffing company, which made the Inc. 500 two years running. He began his career flying F-4 fighters in the US Air Force, distinguished himself and was chosen to lead a squadron of 250+ Air Force personnel during the first Gulf War. He was also selected to be an associate professor at University of Maryland where he taught leadership and management. Miller has an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.
