Richard Kirby draws upon more than 25 years of diverse management experience in engineering, training and sales within organizations ranging from a venture capital funded technology startup to a Fortune100 services company. For the last 12+ years, he has provided executive coaching to hundreds of business executives and managers in finance, sales, marketing, information technology, strategy, human resources, and general management. Richard received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech and obtained a post-graduate certification in engineering management from Louisiana State University. More recently, he achieved a Certified Management Consultant designation from the Institute of Management Consultants.
