Didier Kane Launches New Vistage Group in Austin Market

San Diego, March 7, 2014— Vistage Chair Didier Kane has recently launched a chief executive group in Austin, TX. The new Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Kane is part of a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 15 countries.

Dr. Didier Kane, Managing Director at Denary, LLC and CEO of Business Science Consultants, has previously held a variety of senior leadership functions at Fortune 100 Companies (3M Company and AT&T). He advises the board of a nanotechnology company and has been Chairman of the APT manufacturing Methods Council at Sematech, the International Semiconductor Industry Consortium. In addition to spearheading the growth of 3M’s $2.5 billion electronics and communication business, and dramatically improving a $100 million P&L in its Telecom Division, he is praised as a mentor by industry executives, as well as MBA and Ph.D. students. Didier holds a Ph.D. in Electronics from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, France and an Executive MBA in international Finance from the AT&T School of Business. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
