Q. How do I submit a Vistage Chair nomination?

A. If you are a National Speaker Association (NSA) member, enter your nomination using the form on this page and hit submit. If you are already affiliated with Vistage, please use the link below which corresponds to your Vistage role to submit your Vistage Chair nomination:

Q. Will Vistage be in contact after I submit the nomination?

A. Upon receipt of a completed nomination form, an Executive Recruiter from the Vistage Chair Selection team will contact you, the nominator, to learn more about the nominee. If the nominee is deemed to be a qualified Chair candidate, the Executive Recruiter will then contact the nominee to schedule time to discuss the Vistage Chair Practice opportunity. Q. What are the eligibility requirements for an NSA member to receive an incentive for a Chair nomination?

A. In order for a NSA member to qualify to receive an incentive for a nomination of a Chair, all of the following requirements must be satisfied:

  • The nominator must have personal knowledge of the nominee’s professional background and have personally introduced the nominee to the Vistage Chair opportunity prior to submission of the nomination.
  • Only nominations submitted by NSA members in good standing at the time of payment are eligible to receive the incentive. Membership and good standing status will be determined by NSA.
  • Nominations must be completed and submitted utilizing the form corresponding to the nominator’s role.
  • The nominee must meet the criteria to be a Chair candidate in order for the nominator to meet this requirement.
  • The nominee cannot already be actively working with the Vistage Chair Selection Team in the selection process.
  • The Chair candidate must (1) attend and graduate from Vistage Chair Academy within 12 months of the nomination submission date and (2) launch first Vistage group within 12 months of graduation of Vistage Chair Academy.
  • The nominator must have a valid IRS Form W9 on file with the Vistage Support Center prior to the payment of incentives. All incentive payments will be reported on IRS Form 1099.
  • Nominees for Chair Practices located in Vistage partner or licensee regions are not eligible. However such nominees are welcomed and should be submitted using the form on vistage.com/global. Partner/licensee incentive programs may be applicable.
  • In the case of more than one party nominating the same person for candidacy within a 12-month period, only the earliest nominator will remain the nominator of record and be eligible for incentive payments. The subsequent nominator(s) will be notified that there is already a nominator of record for the nominee.
  • By submitting a nomination the nominator agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (1) incentive eligibility will be determined by Vistage in its sole discretion and Vistage’s decisions are final, (2) Delaware law shall apply and (3) any disputes shall be submitted to individual (not collective) binding arbitration before a single arbitrator and administered in accordance with JAMS rules and procedures.

Q. What are the timelines for incentives?

A. Eligible nominators receive a $5,000 incentive if the nominee successfully launches a Vistage group. “Launch” is when the first Vistage-authorized group meeting occurs. All stated eligibility requirements must first apply in order for the incentive to be paid.

Q. Can I nominate more than one Chair candidate?

A. Yes! Each eligible nomination may qualify for $5,000 in incentive payments.

Q. What if the candidate I nominated becomes the Chair of Record for an existing Vistage group rather than launching a Vistage new group?

A. In the case of a nominated Chair candidate that becomes the Chair of Record for an existing Vistage group, the above incentive does not apply. Please contact ChairSelection@vistage.com for more information.
