Women in Leadership Lunch – Orange County

Hosted in Sacramento Thursday, June 29, 2017 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. PST

Event Overview

Get Fierce! Improve Your Leadership Through Conversation
Hosted by the Women in Leadership Network

Join us for a hosted lunch and the opportunity to unlock your potential through conversation with keynote speaker, Chris Douglas.

In this interactive session, Chris Douglas, Executive VP of Fierce, Inc., will outline and explore two transformational ideas that lay the foundation for a Fierce Conversation. Learn why the feedback you are currently receiving may not be what you really need to hear. Leave with some simple tools to share with your team to unlock the potential in your feedback and performance conversations.

Take advantage of the opportunity to connect with other Vistage members and Chairs from the region to:
• Learn why Fierce Conversations are critical to your organization’s success
• Look at feedback and performance from a different lens.
• Discover important questions you should ask yourself every day.

Each attendee will receive a complimentary copy of Susan Scott’s Fierce Conversations: Achieving Success at Work and in Life One Conversation at a Time.

Space is limited- register early to secure your spot. Open to Vistage members, Chairs, guests and key colleagues.
