Kathleen Quinn Votaw

CEO, TalenTrust
In 2003, Kathleen Votaw launched TalenTrust to help companies find, keep and grow the best people. Her firm’s expert team collaborates closely with executives to identify the root causes — and often interrelated issues — behind a company’s human capital challenges. As a long-time Vistage member, Kathleen attributes much of her firm’s growth to participation in the Vistage community. She is a speaker and author of the book, “Solve the People Puzzle; How High-Growth Companies Attract and Retain Top Talent.”

Kevin Robins

CEO, MidAtlantic Employers’ Association (MEA)
Kevin is a strategic executive with over 30 years of hands-on experience in legal, financial and business services. He leads the team at MEA, which supports the workforce needs of over 500 employers. Prior to joining MEA, Kevin spent 15 years as a member of the executive team at SEI Investments, a NASDAQ company, where his responsibilities included global investment product leader, general counsel and leader of a newly formed UHNW business.


Holly DePalma

Managing Director, MEA
Holly DePalma is managing director of MEA, responsible for strategic HR services, and is a certified Predictive Index Consultant. She works with companies in the Mid-Atlantic region to improve their hiring process, develop and coach leaders and increase overall efficiencies with respect to people. Prior to joining MEA, Holly was a PI client for over 10 years, using the software in hiring, succession planning and development opportunities.
