President, Nolan & Associates
Patrick Nolan is president of Nolan & Associates. He joined the firm in 2006, and is actively involved in all aspects of its Sell Side, Buy Side and Capital Raise advisory services. Patrick is passionate about working closely with middle market business owners, as each person has a unique success story, making every day different. Patrick was a Vistage member for five years, and has worked across a multitude of industries including transportation, building products, e-commerce, health care, consumer products, staffing and aerospace.

Jim Rourke

Managing Director - M&A Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Jim Rourke is a managing director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His experience includes exclusive sales and divestitures, special committee advisories, fairness opinions, joint ventures, restructurings and acquisition financings on public and private, domestic and cross-border assignments. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2008, Jim worked for eight years at Bear Stearns as an M&A specialist focused on a variety of industries.

Gordon Morrison

Managing Director - Regional Investment Banking Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Gordon Morrison is a managing director in the Regional Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and is a 10 year veteran of the firm, previously holding senior roles in the Sydney and London offices as well as within the energy investment banking practice. Gordon has advised corporate, financial sponsor and institutional clients on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, strategic partnerships and related transactions.
