7 Steps for CEOs to Reset their Corporate Culture by Shan Foster

Explore 7 steps to reset corporate culture with an emphasis on commitment, evaluation, and execution in this exclusive CEO Climb Event with Shan Foster.

Diversity and inclusion is not important due to the racial unrest in America at this current time, but rather due to the evidence showing exponential return on the investment. From a millennial workforce to diverse backgrounds, corporations are feeling the pressure to compete for business as well as top talent. As a former professional basketball player and now community leader and advocate, Shan has seen his share of change.

Using their personal stories and corporate experiences, participants will explore the challenges and benefits to diversity and inclusion. The result: an intentional, personalized plan to engage their workforce’s ideas, energy and insights, which will lead to improved customer experiences, faster innovation, and greater retention rates.
