Event Overview

Be the catalyst of change in your organization.

The good: Women continue to make incredible strides in business leadership.

The bad: The challenges women face are drastically greater in size and scope than those faced by men.

The evolution: As we strive for workplace equality, it’s critical to understand the experience of being a woman on the path to power — and in power — to inform a culture of inclusion that extends beyond the sexes.

Do not miss this opportunity to sit around the table with your peers, engaged in real discussion about one of the most important issues facing business leaders today. Imagine the potential of this caliber of leadership coming together in mutual support. Register now.

Members and guests, male and female, are encouraged to attend. The more diverse our gathering, the more valuable the discourse. For questions regarding this event, contact event planner at: rachel.celizic@vistage.com.

Why Attend

Every woman’s path to success is uniquely her own.

That said, the example of those who’ve blazed a trail is invaluable to your own pursuit. This event features a panel discussion with U.S. Trust, Citrin Cooperman and fellow Vistage members, that will explore what you and your key executives can learn from the example of business’ most successful women.

Guided by the theme, Women’s Business Journeys: Discoveries made on the path to success, topics will include:

  • The tactics that have enabled successful women to advance in business and increase their economic influence.

  • The best practices can you put into effect as you strive to continually improve.

  • The journey taken to reach success, and the discoveries made along the way.
