Nicholas Morreale, SVP, Paramax Corporation

Nicholas Morreale has more than 17 years of investment banking and public accounting experience. In his current role as SVP at Paramax, he advises clients across diverse industries on M&A transactions. Prior to joining Paramax, Nicholas worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising public and private companies on acquisitions, divestitures, quality of earnings, financial due diligence, assurance services, and business valuation. He is a CPA (NY), is a Registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 62, 63, and 79 licenses.


Russell D'Alba

President & Managing Director, Paramax Corporation

Russell D’Alba is founder, president and managing director of Paramax Corporation. His transactional experience and credentials allow him to understand the dynamics involved in a “mutual gains” approach to the sale of a business. Russ has represented family businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies in strategic sale transactions, worldwide. He is a CPA (NY), completed the Mutual-Gains Negotiations Program at Harvard University, and is a registered Investment Banking Representative. Russ holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 79 and 99 licenses.
