About the authors

Leon Shapiro served as CEO of Vistage from March 2013 through January 2016. He has led numerous Peer Advantage workshops, addressing top executives, mid-level employees and business organizations across the country. He also currently serves as a board member for The Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO).

Leo Bottary is a speaker and thought leader on the topic of peer advantage. Leo also serves as an adjunct professor for two of Seton Hall University’s graduate programs, where he leads online learning teams and on campus residencies. In April 2015, he was named adjunct teacher of the year for Seton Hall’s College of Communication and the Arts.
