Vistage Hosts Local CEOs for Vistage Executive Summit in San Diego

San Diego, Calif. (April 13, 2016) — Vistage Worldwide, a global organization which assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, is hosting a Vistage Executive Summit in San Diego on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina.

The exclusive event, themed “Bold Leadership,” will bring together local CEOs of small and mid-size businesses to explore the importance of boldly leading their companies in order to achieve continual growth and success.

Featured keynote speaker, Alan Mulally, former president and CEO of Ford Motor Company, will share his personal leadership story, the importance of having a compelling vision and the value of a working-together culture. Other speakers include Marcus Sheridan, web marketing guru, and Will Novy, founder and CEO of Quicksilver Foundry, who will speak about marketing to the digital consumer, and aligning your company’s brand and vision, respectively.

“Vistage Executive Summits are the place to come to learn something new, to forge new relationships and to grow your business,” said Lesley Sarkesian, Regional Executive at Vistage. “There really is no better place for small and mid-sized business owners to meet their peers and be inspired. The theme of Bold Leadership couldn’t be more fitting.”

Attendees will explore the different roles a leader needs to master in order to transform their business:

  • The Entrepreneur: Where can you ignite growth in your organization?
  • The Leader: Are you leading your business or simply managing?
  • The Dreamer: Do you have a vision that everyone understands?
  • The Innovator: Are you able to identify areas that have gone stagnant in your business? Do you have the tools to address them?
