Vistage Chair Perry Maughmer launches new private advisory board for small businesses in Columbus

San Diego, June 30, 2015— Vistage Chair Perry Maughmer has recently launched a new small business group in the Columbus, OH market. The new Vistage members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Maughmer is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 21,000 members in 16 countries.

Perry Maughmer’s business expertise has been honed & refined by 25 years of senior leadership roles in all points of the organizational lifecycle. From developing go to market strategies for a start-up in the education industry to District General Manager for a $300M+ business services organization to President/COO of a small medical device company. He led the operations of a business that experienced 185% increase in revenue over 3 years, successfully managed the acquisition of a company from bankruptcy to profitability, and spearheaded a 24 month turnaround that resulted in profitability for a district that had seen 4 consecutive years of losses. Maughmer has a BA in English from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
