Vistage Speakers Ian MacDougall and Dan Quiggle Win 2014 Above and Beyond Awards
San Diego, June 9, 2015 – Vistage International, a global organization which assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, has recognized Ian MacDougall and Dan Quiggle as winners for the 2014 Above and Beyond Awards for their exemplary service to the Vistage community.

The Above and Beyond Award recognizes Vistage speakers who have provided exceptional service, going above the call of duty to support Vistage without intention of recognition. Ian MacDougall and Dan Quiggle have gone above and beyond their roles by filling in for last-minute cancellations and providing Chair, speaker and Member referrals to help strengthen programs. Both of the 2014 winners have completed the minimum of 25 presentations with average scores of 4.3 or higher on content and delivery.
MacDougall and Quiggle join the ranks of notable past Above and Beyond Award winners including Mike Pierce, Mark Wiskup and Chris Jennings.

MacDougall is receiving this award for his outstanding commitment to provide support at any cost, and going out of his way to accommodate Chairs and members meetings. It is not uncommon for MacDougall to drive more than 12 ours through the middle of the night to present his program, Theory Of Org. Lifecycles: An Analysis Of How Org. Grow, Why They Die & What To Do About This, for a group in the morning, after his flights were cancelled. MacDougall has been a Vistage speaker since 1987 and has delivered hundreds of presentations from Shanghai to Sheboygan.
Quiggle is receiving this award for his exceptional service and commitment to the Vistage community. He is known for traveling across the country at the drop of a hat to deliver his program, It CAN Be Done!, and has been applauded for his outstanding willingness to help members and Chairs alike.
