San Diego, Calif. (August 18, 2016) — Vistage Worldwide, a global organization which assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, is hosting a Vistage Executive Summit in Orange County on Wednesday, September 7, at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Economist, former stockbroker and TV host, Mark Jeffries, will moderate the event, exploring with the days’ speakers how small businesses can strategically plan for competition and attract employees who will drive their companies into the future. Featured keynote speakers include Jocko Willink, retired Navy Seal and New York Times Bestselling Author, who will share how leadership principles from the battlefield translate into victory over the most difficult business challenges. Alex Chausovsky, Senior Analyst at ITR Economics, will share his insight on economic trends shaping Southern California, and the United States, and how business executives can better equip themselves to boldly lead their businesses into 2020, and beyond.
“The Vistage Executive Summit is always an enriching day, bringing together all of Orange County’s bold leaders to explore new leadership principles and gain insight from expert speakers,” said Regional Executive, Jacqueline Kibler. “I look forward to coming together and celebrating the achievements of our peers over the past year.”
Attendees will explore the different roles a leader needs to master in order to transform their business:
- The Entrepreneur: Where can you ignite growth in your organization?
- The Leader: Are you leading your business or simply managing?
- The Dreamer: Do you have a vision that everyone understands?
- The Innovator: Are you able to identify areas that have gone stagnant in your business? Do you have the tools to address them?
