Vistage Chair RG Lineberry launches new private advisory board for chief executives in Knoxville, TN
San Diego, March 29, 2019 – Vistage Chair RG Lineberry recently launched a new chief executive board in the Knoxville, TN market. The new Vistage members, joining a community of CEOs, executives, and business owners will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. RG is part of a community of more than 1,000 Chairs worldwide who lead local area boards, which total more than 45,000 members in 40 countries.

RG has over 30 years of experience leading and managing high performing organizations in dynamic environments. Extensive and diverse expertise in aviation, expeditionary strike group and mine warfare; planning, implementing and successful execution of military operations around the world in support of national strategy. He has demonstrated the ability to plan and manage strategic multi-million dollar organizations and programs. He is a proven team builder and mentor at all levels to identify efficiencies and process improvements to maximize organizational effectiveness and achieve excellence. Successfully led thousands of warriors at all levels to include aviation, strike group and mine warfare squadron. Vast experience training and mentoring in synthetic environment to provide insightful recommendations for process improvements to enhance information flow, strategic planning and decision-making.
RG holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s degree in Management / Training Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School. RG serves as the District Director for SCORE Tennessee and also serves on the Board of Directors for the World Cataract Foundation.
