Stuart Proctor joins the Vistage community as San Clemente’s newest Chair of CEO peer advisory groups
San Diego, July 28, 2016— Stuart Proctor has recently become one of Vistage Worldwide’s newest Chairs in the San Clemente, California market. To launch his first group, he is seeking CEOs and business owners that will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Stuart is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 40 countries.
Stuart is eager to start his Chairing journey: “The power of the Vistage process, and community, is breathtaking. I am looking for growth-minded positive business executives and entrepreneurs to form a winning team, in business and in life. Together we aspire to reach higher, dream bigger and achieve greater.”
Stuart Proctor is President/CEO of Semiserve Inc., a business consultancy firm, and former President/CEO of Retronix Semiconductor, a global group of engineering services businesses. Stuart developed strategic partnerships to support each of the businesses and grow them globally. Scottish born, and now a U.S. citizen, he is involved in the development of youth rugby in the U.S. He is the head coach for the San Clemente High School Triton Rugby program and one of the founding members of the club. He is also a board member of several non-profit organizations. Stuart served an apprenticeship with a branch of the Royal Navy, and was quickly promoted to officer in the formative years of his career. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of West of Scotland, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
