New small business peer advisory group launched in Atlanta by Vistage Chair Marc Borrelli

San Diego, March 9, 2016— Vistage Chair Marc Borrelli has announced the formation of the newest small business group- for business owners and CEOs in Atlanta, GA. As one of more than 400 Vistage Chairs in the US, Borrelli will help his group members get results using a proprietary issue processing method to tackle their most challenging business questions. Marc Borrelli is a Principal with Kaizen Solutions and a Managing Director and Principal with Corporate Finance Associates. He has over 30 years of executive management; investment banking and strategy experience representing and advising companies and investors in all phases of corporate strategy, business development, origination, valuation, structuring and closing M&A transactions. Having completed more than 100 transactions with a combined value in excess of $3 billion, he has advised on numerous transactions. These include divestitures, private and public acquisitions, and strategic equity and debt restructuring for clients’ growth and operations. He has also led corporate development teams completing acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures, and his industry experience includes without limitation, hospitality, financial services, industrial manufacturing, oil and gas, soccer clubs, and professional services. In addition, Mr. Borrelli has extensive international experience in developing and executing growth strategies domestically and internationally. He has experience in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.
