San Diego, October 4, 2013— Vistage Chair Joan Sills has recently launched a new chief executive group in San Francisco. The Vistage Group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Sills joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 17,000 members in 15 countries.

Joan Sills has a varied and deep portfolio, having run a small entrepreneurial hospitality company, a mid-size stand-alone technology services company merging with nine other companies and an International Division of a multi-million dollar multinational corporation. She has successfully led multiple teams and companies through transformation and growth to greater profitability. Her expertise in strategic planning, focused marketing and sales and facilitating employee groups has also served her consulting and coaching clients very well. Sills earned her MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and a BA from Michigan State University.
