Charlotte Vistage Chair David Zerfoss Receives Prestigious 2017 Hyndman Award

Charlotte, May 25, 2018 — Charlotte Chair, executive mentor and advisor David Zerfoss has been named the recipient of the 2017 Vistage Hyndman Award. This award, named for former Vistage President and longtime Vistage Chair Pat Hyndman, recognizes a Chair who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in service to the Vistage community and has given unselfish and immeasurable service. The award was presented to Zerfoss by Vistage CEO Sam Reese on May 6, 2018 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Zerfoss joined Vistage as a Chair in 2011, helping to guide Charlotte business leaders to personal and professional excellence. He also serves as an Executive in Residence at Queens University McColl School of Business where he provides leadership insights to MBA and Executive MBA students. As CEO of the Zerfoss Group, he leads strategic vision workshops with CEOs and their executive teams. From 1991 to 2009, he served as President of Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc. He is the author of two published books, Stress is a Choice – 10 Rules to Simply your Life, and Stress Less and Enjoy Each Day. Zerfoss received his B.A. in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
