Investing in Tomorrow’s Leaders, Today

Recognizing exceptional character and leadership potential, the Vistage Future leaders program celebrates the visionaries who will lead our future.

Inspiring Leadership At Every Stage Of Life

Our Community Salutes

Our Community Salutes (OCS) honors high school seniors who have made the decision to enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces after graduation. These students are celebrated at community ceremonies across the country, often attended by veterans, civic leaders, and proud families.

By supporting these events, Vistage recognizes the bravery and leadership of young people who choose service as their path forward—and reinforces our belief that integrity and responsibility are the foundation of great leadership.

Stars of Honor

In partnership with college athletic programs, Stars of Honor recognizes elementary school students who demonstrate outstanding character, academic achievement, and leadership potential.

At halftime during football and basketball games, students are presented with certificates and applauded by thousands of fans. Vistage members and Chairs have the opportunity to present these awards—making a direct and lasting connection with the future leaders of their community.

Moments That Inspire

“Attending the Denver Our Community Salutes ceremony and seeing these high school seniors stand up and commit to serve their country was deeply moving. It reminded me why leadership starts with a willingness to serve something greater than yourself. I’m proud that Vistage is helping celebrate their decision to lead through service.” – Vistage Chair Don Myers
