Severin Sorensen, M.Phil., is author of the Amazon best-selling AI Whisperer Series, Founder of AIWhisperer.org, CEO of ePraxis LLC (a retained executive search and leadership advisory firm), and recurring guest lecturer at the Cambridge Judge Business School (UK). A former Vistage Chair (2010–2018) who led three CEO peer groups and earned Rookie of the Year and Mentor Chair honors, Severin brings a rare trifecta of perspective as a Vistage member, Chair, and speaker. He is also the author of The Great Reimagining and Building Tomorrow, and holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Cambridge, King's College. He has delivered 8,000+ hours of executive coaching and is a recognized thought leader in AI strategy, ethical AI implementation, and talent innovation.

Carol Steinberg, Vistage Best Practice & Master Chair

Carol is an award-winning Vistage Chair with more than 40 years of leadership experience across business transformation, digital change and executive team development. After a 33-year corporate career, including leadership roles in technology and as COO of a publicly traded retail organization, she launched her first Vistage group in 2016 and now facilitates seven groups across the Vistage community. She also serves as Best Practice Chair for the Philadelphia region and has earned numerous honors, including STAR recognition for six consecutive years and the 2023 Robert Nourse Chair of the Year award.
