Karen Báez Launches New Vistage Group in the Los Angeles Market

San Diego, December 19, 2013— Vistage Chair Karen Báez has recently launched a new small business group in Los Angeles, CA. The new Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Báez is part of a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 15 countries.

Vistage Best Practice Chair Bob Dabic applauded her success: “When I first met Karen years ago I could tell then that she would be an outstanding Chair based on her challenging, insightful and transformational questions and suggestions during our Chair training sessions! So, I am very pleased that Karen has launched her SB group and will now be bringing her own Vistage membership and coaching experiences to her members to deliver outstanding value to them!”

As an entrepreneur, coach and facilitator focused on business development, Karen has spent her 25-year international career founding, operating and selling businesses in fashion, design, manufacturing and distribution. Since 2007, she has applied her experience as a professional coach mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs. As a co-author of book, “Savvy Leadership Strategies for Women,” she speaks on a variety of topics related to reinvention and transformation in business and in life.
