LEON SHAPIRO NAMED CEO OF VISTAGE INTERNATIONAL

Leon Shapiro Named CEO of Vistage International

San Diego, CA – February 22, 2013 — Vistage International, Inc. (“Vistage”) announced today that Leon Shapiro will become CEO. Mr. Shapiro, who currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Vistage, is a seasoned executive with leadership experience at prominent organizations including Gartner, Inc. and The Advisory Board Company. Vistage is the world’s leading CEO peer advisory membership organization, with more than 16,000 members across 15 countries.

Rafael Pastor will step down from his role as CEO effective March 31. Since joining Vistage in 2004, Mr. Pastor has led the organization through a period of significant growth and a successful recapitalization. He will remain a significant investor and will continue serving on Vistage’s Board of Directors.
