John Page

My business experience

I have 30 years' experience in senior-level management, including nearly 20 years' experience as a CEO. I have extensive experience as a business turnaround and growth specialist with an emphasis in health care and IT businesses, as well in the development of strategic partnerships/collaborative relationships.

My other core competencies include:

  • Business mediation
  • Alternative dispute resolution experience
  • Strategic alliances
  • P&L management
  • Operations management
  • Infrastructure development
  • Transition/change management
  • Non-profit organization management

My Vistage experience

I currently lead a Vistage Chief Executive group launched in December, 2007.

I am committed to meeting my members' needs, while being challenging and "care-frontational." I believe in truly "being there" for my members and encouraging member interaction.

My Vistage groups

Members of my Vistage group are leaders primarily of service industries (with several IT industries), including social service/health care, legal, specialty lighting and real estate development. Members range from the owner of a small growing boutique consulting firm with revenues of approximately $5 million to the CEO of the North & South American divisions of a $330-million international software supplier. A quarter of this high-performing, highly supportive group's members are female.

Who is the "ideal" Vistage member?

The ideal Vistage member is a supportive, energetic and positive leader who is willing to give their all to the group, who expects to receive the same in return and who adds to the diversity and life-experience of our group members.
