Accelerate your growth.
Transform your business.
Now more than ever, CEOs and executives are seeking new ways to grow and innovate their businesses.
The Vistage Executive Leadership Program, in collaboration with Stanford GSB Executive Education, is a unique executive education program that focuses on developing strategic thinking and immediately applying innovative strategies that drive transformative change in an organization.
Members learn proven business concepts through online, self-paced learning guided by Stanford faculty. Members are then challenged to immediately bring these concepts to life in their own business through interactive group workshops facilitated by expert Vistage Chairs. The cohort structure of the program provides added support and accountability from similarly motivated and focused CEO peers for optimal results.
A NEW STRATEGIC APPROACH FOR THE 2023 VISTAGE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM:
In order to make it easier for our members around the world to participate, this year the program will consist of just one 8-week course. Here are the details:

Topic: Strategic Leadership
Learn to identify opportunities and challenges, develop a viable course of action, formulate a strategy, and executing the strategy.
The course is structured as an 8-week ‘sprint’ and is comprised of eight (8) one-week modules. In addition to on-demand webinars, the course features two (2) live sessions with Stanford course facilitators, including a kick-off and a course finale. Unlike other online executive education programs, members meet weekly or bi-weekly with their virtual Vistage group and Vistage Chair facilitator to discuss learnings and focus on immediately applying the course concepts directly to their business.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Why are some companies more competitive than others? To be successful, a manager must be able to diagnose the reasons behind successes and failures, and to be able to effectively improve performance in the future. This course helps managers learn to think strategically: how to identify opportunities and challenges, how to develop a viable course of action, how to formulate a strategy, and how to execute strategy so that their employees are guided and motivated to achieve success. Our goal in this course is to hone your strategic thinking skills so that this thought process becomes second nature.
