Accountability at every level

The employee who goes above and beyond to get the job done well and on time is an invaluable asset to any organization. But what about the manager who inspires that employee to be accountable and to perform with such integrity? What about the CEO who models the values of the company, who lives the mission statement and who works with the kind of passion she wants to see in her team? That CEO — the key executive who demonstrates accountability and integrity — is the cornerstone of good business and great employee morale.
