Small Business Week Spotlight: Marco Albertini

In honor of National Small Business Week, we are celebrating Vistage members who started small, dreamed big, and got results. Throughout the week, they will be sharing their stories on how they drive growth for their business, how they take risks, and what their visions are for the future. 

In 1954, the Albertini family began manufacturing windows, doors and shutters for inhabitants of a small town in the outskirts of Verona, Italy. Decades later Marco and his family members expanded the family’s presence to the U.S., and have continued to provide the same high quality and focus on customers that made the Albertini family famous in their Italian province. What makes Albertini Italian Windows and Doors different is their commitment to making innovation happen by taking a client-oriented approach.

My 3 to drive my business forward

Our business is a niche market and our primary focus is in retaining our key customers.

Therefore we focus on:

1. Customer service.
2. High quality products.
3. Satisfaction of our client’s need.

My leap of faith

Opening a new company was probably the biggest leap of faith I have taken so far, and this has paid off well so far. Right now, we are taking a big leap of faith with a very big client, which could be a great success for us.

My vision for the future

I based my vision on a 3 year plan, in which I see my company becoming a leading vendor of windows and doors on the West region of the U.S., which will have a 30% yearly growth, with a 30% increase in employees, and a 100% client satisfaction.
