Trish Kendall

Trish is an international keynote speaker, a Vistage Top Performer for 2025, and behavior development consultant. She uniquely combines her life experiences with proven behavior change techniques to guide teams and individuals to make the choices and master the behaviors that create a culture of enduring success. Trish built an enduring professional sales career over the last 30 years. She sold for smaller, owner-operator companies early in her career, and went on to become a top seller and sales leader for Fortune 500 companies including Aetna, Aon, and WTW. In 2014, she was recruited by a Northeast private-equity firm to lead business development for several portfolio companies where, as part of the executive team, she contributed to their successful exits. She and her partners launched Enduring Success Strategies in 2020.
