Eric Helman

Eric Helman is the driving force behind ContinuousHealth's creation and growth. Eric founded ContinuousHealth in 2006 with the vision to lower the cost of employer-provided health benefits through the use of innovative technology. From its inception, ContinuousHealth has helped employers drastically lower employer and employee costs through the focused use of a proprietary platform to create and manage Defined Contribution Health Care Plans. Leveraging this success, ContinuousHealth has since added two new products: a state of the art Dependent Eligibility + Dependent Alternative Solution and CHROME Compass/Navigator, a sophisticated benefit planning tool helping employers respond to the new realities of the post-health care reform world. Prior to founding ContinuousHealth, Eric was the Founder and CEO of Viga Technologies (www.vigatech.com), a software and services provider focused on the improvement of health care business processes through the application of the Adobe® Intelligent Document Platform. Eric was previously the CEO of CEDAR Document Technologies (www.cedardoc.com) and SourceTrack, LLC. Prior to SourceTrack, Eric was the IBM Senior Location Executive for Tampa Bay and Business Unit Executive for IBM in North and Central Florida. Earlier in his career, Eric was a commissioned military officer serving two tours in Europe. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and completed Harvard Business School's executive education program while at IBM. He has applied formal post-graduate education in the area of Strategic Planning from Babson College and Information Technology Alignment from the Yale School of Management. Eric is the proud father of three boys and has been married to his college sweetheart for more than 25 years. They reside north of Atlanta, GA.
