Vistage Chair Brian Davis launches new private advisory board for key executives in Minneapolis

San Diego, August 11, 2015 — Vistage Chair Brian Davis has recently launched a new key executive group in the Minneapolis, MN market. The new group is a healthy mix of owners of small businesses and Key executives from much larger organizations and meets on a Friday to accommodate members with heavy travel schedules. The new Vistage members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Davis is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Vistage Regional Executive Dave Bartel applauded his success: “Brian is consistently ranked as one of the top chairs in the country. He continues to support the Twin Cities, Vistage and his fellow Chairs by building strong groups, advocating and leading new ideas along with mentoring his fellow Chairs. Having one of the original websites for the Vistage community in the Twin Cities, along with innovate ways of finding members for all the Chairs are just a few of the ways that Brian has supported the market growth. Members of Brian’s groups have also had opportunities to visit West Point for an eye opening experience of a cadet and Cuba to see what it is like before the country reopens to the rest of the world! Thank you Brian for all you do for the Twin Cities, Vistage and your members and congratulations on the launch of your 4th Vistage group.”

Brian earned his Ph.D in Organizational Psychology at the University of Minnesota, and has over 25 years of leadership experience at PDI Ninth House (Korn Ferry), a premier global leadership assessment and development firm. What sets him apart from other executive coaches is that he has “sat in the chair,” having led sales, marketing, and product development functions, and having successfully run several global businesses in various stages of maturity. Brian founded Leadership Catalysts to bring Executive Coaching and Team Building Best Practices from some of the most admired Global 1000 Companies to small and midsize companies. In addition to serving his Vistage members, his specialty is preparing high potential executives and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies to lead $500 million to $1 billion businesses.
