Randy Fields Launches New Vistage Group in the Louisville Market

San Diego, November 13, 2013— Vistage Chair Randy Fields has recently launched a new chief executive group in Louisville, KY. The new Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Fields is joining a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 17,000 members in 15 countries.

Randy has over 30 years in the medical device industry. He founded two successful medical implant distribution companies in the late 1980’s. He sold the first one in 1999 and the second in 2007. For the last six years he has been a consultant in the medical device industry and a CEO coach. Randy is a passionate and energetic leader dedicated to helping other CEOs succeed. He wants to share in their journey of success to significance. Randy is a Trustee and has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College. He is also a board member at Crossing Ministries. His gifts and passion have converged in becoming a Vistage Chair; with the launch of his new group he now facilitates two CE groups and a Key group.
