Nicki Scott joins the Vistage community as Chicago’s newest Chair of CEO peer advisory groups

Chicago, July 21, 2016— Nicki Scott has recently become one of Vistage Worldwide’s newest Chairs in the Chicago market.  To launch her first group, she is seeking CEOs and business owners that will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Nicki is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Nicki says: “I find nothing more compelling than to connect with others, so we can raise each other up, hold each other accountable, and contribute to our communities.”

Nicki is an entrepreneur, coach, and professional speaker with 30 years of experience in a variety of industries and leadership positions. Born in England, she started her career as a chartered accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick, moving quickly into corporate finance. After moving to the U.S. in 1993, she transitioned into change management consulting, and in 2002 was recruited by Profitability Business Simulations Ltd, a UK experiential learning firm as Managing Director, North America and was successful in launching their US subsidiary. A highlight was working with Harvard MBA students to develop their business acumen.  While raising her children, Nicki owned a promotional products company called Premium Choice LLC. Customers included Nestle, Procter & Gamble and Rolls Royce Motor Cars.  A dedicated volunteer leader for Rotary International, Nicki served as District Governor 2014-15 and is now one of 34 Rotary Coordinators worldwide.  Nicki earned a BA Combined Honors in Economics and Statistics from Exeter University, England.
