New Vistage Private Advisory Board in New York City to be Chaired by August J. Ceradini Jr.

San Diego, September 24, 2014— Vistage Chair August J. Ceradini Jr. has recently launched a new chief executive group in the New York City market. The new Vistage members, joining a community of more than 525 local members and 21 Chairs, will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Ceradini is part of a community of more than 400 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

August J. Ceradini Jr. is a President, Founder and Partner in a number of entrepreneurial ventures including Universal Brand Management Group an international licensing business for food and beverage establishments, a Casino Cruise Company and New York Cruise Lines (Owner of Circle Line and World Yacht Cruises). He also has been an advisor to global Hedge funds and Private Equity firms where he oversaw hospitality projects and raised debt and equity for deals. Ceradini has a B.S. in Food Science Management & Nutrition from Pratt Institute in New York and is the Chairman Emeritus of the Culinary Institute of America.
